Driving Directions

We're located at 133 Samaritan Drive, Suite 402, in Cumming Georgia.

From GA 400, go west on highway 20. Go 2.1 miles and then left on Samaritan Drive, across from Sherwin-Williams. Our office is straight ahead in the Forsyth County Family Center.
